UAB Kondena
from 2022 February implements the project under the 2014-2020 European
Measure No. of the Union Funds Investment Operational Program 13.1.1-LVPA-K-860 “E.
commercial model COVID-19 ”. The project is aimed at implementing an e-commerce model. In order to
to operate profitably in the market affected by Covid-19 as well as to increase the supply
attractiveness of services and productivity of the company, the scope of the project will create customers
self-service system. Implemented e-commerce solutions will enable everyone
those interested in ordering the company's services faster,
more convenient, remotely. Thanks to the self-service solution created, the customer will be
formed a questionnaire with topical questions, the opportunity will arise directly
provide the necessary drawings and documents, specify the service and offer
submission deadlines, etc. Thanks to the results of the project, a better response is expected
customer needs and expectations, create favorable conditions for the company's income
to grow.
